In this role, you will play a crucial part in analysing market segments, customer behaviour, and financial trends to support our advisory services and drive business growth.
You will provide appropriate analyses, insights, and recommendations into the development and customisation of customer value propositions (CVP) for an allocated sub-segment of Clients (e.g., Private, Prestige, Professional, etc.
).ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth analysis of market segments and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risksDevelop and maintain financial models to support money management and advisory servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-makingPrepare and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior managementMonitor and analyse competitor activities and market dynamicsContribute to the development of new financial products and services tailored to specific market segmentsEnsure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policiesStay abreast of industry trends and best practices in money management and advisory servicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce majoring in Finance, Economics, or a related fieldRelevant financial certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) would be advantageous4 years of proven experience in financial and data analysis, market segmentation, and customer behaviour analysis4 years of proven experience in the Financial Planning, Advisory or Banking industry3 to 4 years of experience in money management and advisory servicesAdditional InformationAdopting Practical ApproachesChallenging IdeasDirecting PeopleManaging TasksCommercial AcumenStrong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insightsIn-depth knowledge of money management and advisory servicesMind of Customer ExperienceProduct and Services KnowledgeStatistical & Mathematical AnalysisProficiency in financial analysis tools, statistical software, and data visualisation techniquesPlease note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
