Security Shift Supervisor

At RCL FOODS we grow what matters!!!Our Talent Team is looking for a Security Shift Supervisor the role will be based in Randfontein.The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the security and safety of site, including the management of security personnel. Responsible for incoming/outgoing trucks/product, including checking product, weight and correct invoicingMinimum RequirementsGrade 12Qualification: Security Officer GradeMinimum 2 years Security Supervisor experienceMin of 2 years' experience in dealing with customers/visitorsWorking knowledge of MS OfficeDuties & ResponsibilitiesSupervise Security Officers (Piquant)Ensure correct number of guards on siteRegular plant security inspections and auditsEnsure regular site patrol is done and accompany security officers on the patrolsFollow up on all irregularities reported by security officersEnsure immediate and corrective action is takenEnsure continuous and authorized access of incoming and outgoing vehiclesAssist security officers in identifying irregularities on trucks and take corrective actionEnsure all documents are submitted when raw materials are off loaded and issue exit permits as POD'sEnsure continuous identification of all driversLiaise with weighbridge wrt to underweight/overweight of truck prior to them exiting the premises.Contractor management and verification of complianceCoordination of evacuation activitiesCorrect and timeous invoicing of both Grocery/Raw material trucks / loadsResponsible First Aid representative on siteComplete IOD forms and transport patients to hospital if neededIdentify and report safety hazards and conduct safety inspectionsEnsure Artisans are called out for breakdownsProvide support for front desk security clerk and weighbridge responsibilities
