JOB OVERVIEW:Managing the site according to the company's operational policy and client specific works instructions / proceduresExecuting all contractual compliance at the area of responsibilityCompiling daily, weekly and monthly reportsResponsible for Incident investigations and reportsAttend client meetingsEnsure internal audit programs are adhered toEnsuring effective operational cost control in area of responsibilityResponsible and accountable for the effective management of intelligence, personnel, personnel administration, operations, finances, discipline and EH&SMonitor risks and initiate actions as and when requiredRespond to emergency calls immediatelyCompiling of duty rosters, verification of timesheetsDaily communication with area managerQUALIFICATIONS & POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Grade 12Grade A PSIRA RegistrationValid driver's licenseSecurity industry experience at management level for at least 5 yearsComputer literate (excel & word)Good communication skills (both written and oral) in EnglishMedically fitWell-developed operational and administrative skillsStorage yard experience will be advantageousMust live in area of operation or be willing to relocatePERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:Self-starter, professional, ethical, excellent client relationship skills, innovative, motivational, be able to function under pressure
