Section Head: Manufacturing (Uht)

Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the manufacturing of UHT products.
Monitor the execution of production plans and take corrective measures where necessary.
Before starting up, ensure that filler equipment is CIP and sterile.
Ensure that weekly service is conducted accurately.
Minimum Requirements: Matric/Grade 12/N3 or equivalent.
National Diploma or B Tech Degree in Production/Operations.
Supervisory or Management certificate/diploma/degree would be an advantage.
Tetra Pak Certificates for A3 Flex/VTIS.
3 – 5 years specific Tetra Pak Manufacturing equipment experience at Packing, Processing and Downstream.
