Are you someone who can: Develop and advise on appropriate change strategies in alignment with project requirements that support overall business strategyResolve challenges and act autonomously in creating resolution within the Agile spaceEnable cross-functional development teams to deliver quality software as effectively as possible whilst upholding the values, principles, and practices of scrum methodology and the agile manifesto both personally and within the teamWork with both Kanban and Scrum simultaneously depending on the teamPrevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements in order to contain and reduce costsDevelop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRGParticipate in planned activities that are appropriate for own and employee developmentHelp the Development Teams understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog itemsAssess and evaluate the current Agile environment within allocated Development TeamsCoach the development teams in self-organization and cross-functionalityReview and report on the performance of the teamsImplement customer service solutions demonstrating the shared valuesDeliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standardsEnsure that scrum is understood and enactedYou will be an ideal candidate if you: Minimum Qualification: Completed relevant undergrad degree/diplomaExperience: 5 to 8 years Scrum Master ExperienceAdditional Knowledge: SME in relevant function/fieldYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateChallenging WorkingOpportunities to innovateWe can be a match if you can: Coach the development teams in self-organization and cross-functionalityReview and report on the performance of the teamsImplement customer service solutions demonstrating the shared valuesDeliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standardsEnsure that scrum is understood and enacted.Are you interested to take the step?
