Overview At Huddle, our mission is to help address South Africa's education crisis by making rigorous and joyful teaching & learning accessible to all through scalable blended classrooms. 
As a School Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with our partner schools. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing strong relationships with teachers and principals within the South African no-fee and low-fee schooling environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and utilisation of our solutions, ultimately driving positive outcomes for both educators and learners.
You will collaborate closely with the implementation team as well as outside stakeholders to ensure that schools are properly onboarded and that teachers are set up for success to deliver Huddle lessons. You will also work closely with the Blended Learning Training Lead and Head of Implementation to ensure that teacher training is delivered effectively and that workbooks and other resources are distributed on time. 
As the School Success Manager you will report to the Head of Implementation and manage the Learning Activators at each school. Learning Activators are youths based in the community that we operate. Huddle will position a Learning Activator at each partner school. Learning Activators are responsible for providing on-site tech support and for collecting data that monitors the efficacy of Huddle in the classroom.

Responsibilities Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including teachers, principals, and school administrators, to understand their needs and challenges. Team Management: Coordinate and manage the Learning Activators at each partner school including providing management support and training to Learning Activators at schools and in centralised venues.  New School Onboarding: Support the onboarding process of new schools including meeting with new principals, attending introductory meetings to showcase our product and offering.  Implementation Support: Provide guidance and support to partner schools during the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilisation of our solutions and data reporting tools. Training and Support: Deliver training sessions and workshops to educators on how to effectively integrate our solutions into their teaching practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed. Work closely with the Blended Learning Training Lead on the delivery of teacher training and onboarding.  Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools, keeping them informed of product updates, enhancements, and best practices. Act as a liaison between schools and internal teams to address any issues or concerns. Project Management: Effectively manage deadlines and prioritise tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience. CRM Management: Manage the collection, storage, and distribution of customer and partner school data including the collecting of learner results. Data analysis: Use data collection tools and dashboards to draw insights and conclusions about teacher performance and partner school adoption to recommend intervention techniques and offer solutions where trends or challenges arise.  Support Implementation Stakeholders: Work with individuals in the school environment who are responsible for Huddle data collection on a day-to-day basis. This includes supporting partner organisations who ensure that our tech-enabled environments are successfully set up in schools.  Passion for Education: Demonstrate a genuine passion for education and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children. Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the education sector to better serve our partner schools. Education: A bachelor's degree in Education,  Psychology, or a related field is required. Ideally this candidate has a deep understanding of the South African education landscape and has worked in low fee and no fee schools. A relevant postgraduate qualification such as a Certification in Customer Success or Key Account Management would be advantageous. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a relevant education-related role, experience in customer success, account management would be advantageous.  People management skills and proven leadership experience.  Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders including managing a CRM and project management tools.  Experience in managing relationships using telephonic exchange and email communication tools.   Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as HubSpot is advantageous. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is required. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making and continuous improvement. Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a dynamic environment. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results. Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more local languages is highly desirable.
