Quotations and Orders: Conduct item searches on the system effectively.Save and verify all quotes daily, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.Create sales orders referring to previous quotes, ensuring customer names are in the reference column.Book all orders before leaving for the day and complete all quotes before breaks.
Delivery and Collections: Ensure payment is received before stock leaves the warehouse.Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery or collection details.Handle proof of payments and inform dispatch of collection details.
Return and Claim Process: Process Returns (RFC) by verifying customer details, return reasons, and invoice dates.Handle claims by inspecting products, communicating with customers, and re-invoicing for replacements.
Research and Promotion: Research new items monthly based on customer inquiries.Promote new and daily items to customers to increase sales.
Compliance and Procedures: Adhere to dress code: smart casual, with no advertising shirts, and maintain a neat appearance.Follow company policies regarding breaks, leave, and emergency situations.Ensure all communication with dispatch is through supervisors and maintain email transparency.
