Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Raystech Group South Africa's Johannesburg location. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve providing customer product knowledge and support, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the sales team. He will also be responsible for using industry and product knowledge experience to provide information to customers, and support, promote, and sell solar energy products.
QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsKnowledge of renewable energy products and solutionsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGoal-oriented and drivenExperience in the renewable energy industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMin. 3 years of sales experience in solar systemsMinimum Matric / NQF level 4 Technical qualificationA National Diploma in Marketing / Sales or a related field will be advantageous.Must possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle.Basic Computer SkillsDuties and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new leadsSeek out prospective customersProvide technical information about solar systems, equipment, and services to potential customers or dealersArrange meetings with potential customers and interface with key contactsConvert leads into sales and meet set sales targetBuild and sustain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients
