About the role Lyra Health is seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our multicultural team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leveraging technology to improve mental health services and a proven track record of success in Salesforce administration. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth operations, and empowering our team to deliver exceptional care. The successful candidate will directly interact with our global network of users, providing support and troubleshooting assistance.
This role can be carried out from our Johannesburg, South Africa office, hybrid, or fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within South Africa. Ideally, candidates would be able to attend pre-planned onsite meetings.
