All you need to do is: Effectively manage a team with regards to: Attendance Meeting Targets Time Keeping Talk Time Productivity Compliance Motivation of the team Promote diversity within the team Assist team members with escalated queries and on the floor queries Ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedures Report any IT related issue to the campaign manager Team specific reporting as per campaign requirements Coaching and performance management of team members MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES Essential: +1 years Sales Team Leader experience required Grade 11 Must be able to be added to Rep Register No Criminal Record Desirable: RE / FAIS desirable Previous experience working with insurance products an added advantage Knowledge of sales principles and methods CHARACTERISTICS OF THE REQUIRED CANDIDATE Proven track record in sales Persuasiveness Problem solving Adaptability Tenacious Negotiation skills Stress tolerance High energy level Salary: Market related
