Requirements: Matric Certificate 5+ years' direct sales experience. 3+ years' experience in solution selling. 3+ years' experience in account management. In-depth understanding of sales process. Proven track records of excellent sales in similar role. Able to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must know MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. Excellent negotiating skills. Excellent presentation, planning and organisation skills. Ability to work in fast paced, challenging environment. Committed to providing excellent customer service. Valid driver's license and own vehicle. Battery storage technology and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) technical experience advantageous. Knowledge of Amps; Volts; Watts; KVA; 3-Phase advantageous. Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve 100% of monthly/annual sales targets. Sales consulting on company products and solutions to existing and new customers. Lead generation through existing networks, cold calling and prospecting. In-person and online meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and demonstrate products/solutions and the value proposition. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients before and after sales. Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market changes to drive sales strategies. Complete solution design, scope, costing, quote and presentations. Consult with Electricians, Engineers etc. and advise on best fit products and solutions. Managing complete sales cycle from opportunity to implementation. Prepare customer quotes. Prepare professional presentations and proposals as and when required, clearly highlighting customer needs, the proposed solution, the costs involved and the appropriate technology used. Successfully handle any objections the client may have with the relevant support. Maintain and manage relationships with future clients/strategic accounts. Effectively manage diary. To be professional, punctual, and courteous always when dealing with clients. Maintain a comprehensive and up to date knowledge of company products and technologies through attending training programs and regular review of technical documents.
