Sales & Service Advisor

If your answer is YES, YES, and YES, you should join our Inbound Sales team.Job Responsibilities:We book repairs.Add new appliances to the plan.Cancel a plan if cm no longer has the appliance/if it's Dual Cover.Renew lapsed plans within 30 days If fixed term only, requote if system not allowing renewal after 30 days of renewal due date.Deescalate complaints and if there is detriment caused towards customer(financial/ material inconvenience/ Material Distress) we can then log a complaint.
