The client, a dynamic and fast-growing global sales team, is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Research Associate to join their team in Sandton. This role is essential for driving sales performance by identifying and qualifying leads, analysing market trends, and supporting the sales team with actionable insights.

About the Role: The Research Associate will support the Global Sales team by conducting detailed research, lead generation, and analysing market trends. You will work on strategic projects aimed at enhancing sales performance while using tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to identify leads and provide valuable insights.

Role & Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify and qualify leads for the sales team; Analyse data to provide actionable insights for sales strategies; Support strategic sales projects to enhance market penetration; Collaborate with the sales team on reports, research summaries, and market analysis; Monitor the effectiveness of lead generation activities and report to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Research, Arts, or similar; One to two years of experience in market research, sales, or sales support; Proficiency in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Salesforce is a must; Strong research and analytical skills; Excellent communication and project management skills; Graduated from a top 10 South African university within the last 2 – 5 years; Proven experience at a recognised or officially registered company; Sales experience (at least 1 year) or Sales research/enablement experience (lead generation, industry research, and market research).
