JOB TITLE: Sales Representative with Code 10 Drivers and PDPAREA: Cape Town, BellvilleINDUSTRY: Electronic RecyclingSALARY / CTC : R 10 000REPORTS TO: Logistics ManagerOur Client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative with a valid Code 10 Professional Driving Permit (PDP) to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling their services in designated geographical areas.
The role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.Responsibilities:Conduct regular visits to assigned territories to meet potential and existing customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling company products or services.Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a related industry.Valid Code 10 driver's license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.Ability to travel within the assigned territory.Proficient in Afrikaans and EnglishPersonal Attributes:Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Customer-focused with a positive attitude.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Adaptability to changing market conditions.Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
