Sales Brand Ambassador

Represents a luxurary brand, to increase awareness and drive sales.Promotes the brand through various channels, including in-person interactions, social media, events, and product demonstrations.Set up meetings with potential customers Work from a large database of potential client list and also grow new clientsVisit customers Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and after-sales services.Answer customers' questions and address any concerns.Cross-sell products to increase sales.Ensure delivery of products and follow up on customer satisfactionHandle returns and exchanges of merchandise.Inform customers about discounts and special offers.Email promotions and product introductionsOn line salesStay up-to-date with new products and services.Requirements:Strong personality and able to operate from your home based office, reaching sales targetsDriven and a self motivated personalityExcellent cold calling skillsProven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role.Understanding of the retail sales process and consumer behavior principles.Basic math skills for handling transactions.Track record of achieving sales quotas.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent on line knowledge and skillsAble to think outside the box to increase salesAbility to build and maintain trusting relationships with customers.Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication in Afrikaans and English is a minimum requirement for this positionHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.Familiarity with CRM software and retail management systems.Experience gained as a direct sales rep working independently
