Job OverviewOur client is looking for business hunters to grow their Practice Management Software client base for their offices in Umhlanga, Durban, and Observatory, Cape Town. Mostly remote roles with travel. 3+ years direct sales of Practice Management Software - NON NEGOTIABLEDuties & ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a quality sales pipelineDeliver to sales targets consistentlyMake and manage sales appointmentsDemo and position our value proposition authoritativelyBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersMeticulously update all relevant systems and perform the necessary administrative duties required for reportingBased on experience in the field, provide input to help shape our value propositionDaily travel in own car, into all areas in the assigned territoryDesired Experience & QualificationKnowledge and Skills:Immaculate knowledge of our products and services, and pricing thereofA disciplined approach to pipeline buildingCollaboration across teamsBuilding and maintaining relationships with doctors and key industry stakeholdersProficient in English, and at least one other official languageMust treat everyone with respect – we are a diverse team with people of all ages and racesWe value honesty and integrity above everything else - to work your hours and do the very best for the companyCulture is very flat with little hierarchyQuick learnerConfidentMinimum Qualifications:National Senior Certificate (Matric)3+ years direct sales of Practice Management Software - NON NEGOTIABLEPackage & RemunerationRanges from R20 – 35KCommission structure very lucrativePetrol card of R4200 per month70% of cellphone bill paidCar service plan – R5K every 4 monthsR500 connectivity allowance (wifi or fibre)Laptop or Notebook provided
