ResponsibilitiesMaintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, workshops, and customers.Elevate the company's brand presence by creating awareness at all customer levels.Brand ManagementOversee all distributors, retailers, workshops, and customers for ALL Brands.Foster good working relationships and provide top-notch service for all Brands.Ensure retailers carry a diverse product range as needed.Investigate and address gaps in product availability, securing new customers to fill any voids.Conduct surveys to enhance market knowledge and report findings.Reporting and CRMAccurately and promptly complete all administrative reporting, including monthly reports.Update and maintain systems with relevant information in a timely manner, utilizing CRM.Promotional ActivitiesImplement promotional programs as planned.Encourage customer participation in promotions and provide timely, accurate reports on results.Plan and execute 2 customer activations and Mad Saturday events per month.Claims ManagementInvestigate and address all claims related to products and services, reporting findings accordingly.Other ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company at sales and marketing functions to promote all brands.Provide leads for other sales and marketing divisions, including Heavy Duty and Industrial.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12Valid Code 08 Driver's LicenseDiploma in Marketing or Sales (Advantageous)5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry; technical background is beneficial.Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM.Previous experience in the motor parts business or filtration knowledge.Initiative-drivenResults-orientedTeam playerDisplay integrity with proven ethical, honest and trustworthy characteristics.Tenacious and results-drivenCustomer service focused with strong proven relationship building/management and networking ability.Applicants who have not heard from us within 20 days of their application may assume that their application has been unsuccessful and are hereby thanked for their interest.
