Department Sales Location Gauteng - East Rand Reports to Sales Manager Min Requirements and education. · National Senior Certificate or equivalent · Excellent communication skills · Time-management and organizational skills · Target driven · SAP knowledge · MS Office / Google Suite knowledge · Familiar with CRM practices (C4C Cloud for Customer company based program) Experience Sales & marketing: Min 1 year Training Needs analysis will be performed and training program will be developed, to include training on products, processes & procedures. Summary of Duties - Sell company products and services to potential and current customers. - Strive to meet all sales goals and targets. - Identify and resolve customer concerns. - Acquire and maintain knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell compressed air systems to industrial and commercial customers. - Obtain and manage relationships with sub- distributors, OEMs, engineering firms and mechanical contractors. - Coordinate with assigned internal sales representatives to support sales activities and customer follow-up. - Prepare proposals for customers to include quotations, product literature, system design details and performance specifications. - Seek new markets for sales of products. - Conduct competitive evaluations and product studies. - Develop, forecast and monitor budget and utilize operational resources. - Plan and implement sales programs for one or more of the company's product line. - Develop and participate in trade shows - Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, plans and advertising and promotional programs. - Be responsible for learning and applying SAP Procedures KPI Short term Quarterly review · Weekly tasks 1.
