Minimum of Matric 3 to 5 years' experience in Sales Valid driver's license Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel / Word / PowerPoint) Influential, concise, rational, and practical communicator Relationship management Strategy and project management skills Self-motivated team player, able to inspire colleagues Willing to work under pressure and achieve and drive targets Availability to travel extensively Communicates clearly Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills Key Performance Areas:

Facilitate achievement of agreed targets in the region, achieving volume and net profit targets by always driving sales performance Weekly/monthly reporting to area Sales Manager Identify and manage creation of new business opportunities for the region to expand the market Ensure that all operations are in line with the company's policies Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs Accountability for volume target and net profit target Cold calling, making contact and presenting proposals to prospective clients, also be able to achieve daily/weekly customer call target Need to be able to meet their target of prospect meetings and site acquisitions Extensive traveling required Asset register completion and reporting are required Meet sales targets as set out by the employer Cover the customer base for Durban North Coast and Zulu Land Region
