We are seeking 2 dynamic and driven Sales Representatives to join our Solar and Recycling & Waste divisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, forging strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, driving our product sales, and contributing to the expansion of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into profitable contracts. You will be responsible for showcasing the value of our solutions and contributing to the overall success of our company. Responsibilities:  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.Leverage technical knowledge and industry experience to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.Conduct in-depth customer needs analysis to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.Act as a decisive decision-maker, evaluating client needs and aligning them with the appropriate services.Act as a deal maker and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills to close deals that are mutually beneficial for clients and the company.Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs and provide accurate quotes and proposals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify strategic opportunities.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance the company's visibility.Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards targets. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: Diploma in Sales & Marketing, or related field preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of proven sales experience in either (solar or recycling and waste) industry.A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Skills: Strong decision-making abilities, with the capacity to analyze situations and make informed choices.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and proposal writing.Adept at building rapport and relationships; exceptional interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals successfully.Proficiency in using technology, including Monday.com CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Capable of managing multiple leads and clients simultaneously.Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Technical understanding of solar/recycling productsAbility to conduct customer needs analyses.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Personal attributes: Highly organized with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.Results-driven and motivated by achieving and surpassing targets.A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
