Our client who is a leading provider of flooring and tile products is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join their team based in George, Western Cape . Requirements: 2-3 years proven experience in sales within the hardware and building material industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and nurture client relationships and manage a sales pipeline effectively. Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Must be willing to actively visit potential clients and generate new business opportunities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite . Fluent in Afrikaans and English. Must be able to work under pressure. Must be able to travel within the Eastern and Western Cape Region for sales. Must be a go-getter. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for new business development from the Eastern to Western Cape Region. Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and target potential clients. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase their products and services, addressing client needs and requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position their offerings. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
