Sales Representative

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Matric and a minimum of 5 years technical sales experience is required Stable track record Proven track record in sales, account management and technical support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and explain technical products and services. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management Own transport and valid drivers license RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and grow existing relationships with key customers Identify new sales opportunities and expanding product / service offerings where possible Develop and implement account plans to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth Building strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements Analysing customer data and market trends to inform sales strategies Identifying and mitigating potential risks or issues Staying up-to-date with industry developments and competition activity Providing product and technical support to customers
