Sales Representative

We're looking for a high-performance Sales Representative to join our team in Gauteng.Location: Johannesburg, GautengEmployment Type: PermanentThe Sales Representative is primarily responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing sales revenue within a particular region by achieving revenue targets and providing dealer support. The role includes driving sales efforts, finding new business, and strengthening key relationships within the dealership market.
The Sales Representative is expected to deliver exceptional service, effectively manage dealer accounts, and ensure clients receive optimal product value. Additionally, the Sales Representative will serve as a Cars.co.za brand ambassador and champion the organisation's culture and values at all times.
Responsibilities:Represent Cars.co.za for all dealership requests, queries, or concerns.Provide ongoing dealer support and service delivery by regularly engaging with dealers via visits, calls, or e-mails (as per engagement targets).Build, nurture, and maintain relationships to ensure ongoing trust, satisfaction, and retention.Work closely with the Operations Team regarding dealer accounts, new dealer sign-ups, and changes.Oversee that all operational-related queries, requests, or issues are resolved in a timely manner.Collaborate with multiple teams within the Cars.co.za organisation.Be excited to be part of a dynamic, diverse, and growing tech company.Stay organised and keep track of targets, as well as compile regular reports.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience required.Medical Aid and Retirement Annuity benefits.
