Sales Representative

Our client is looking for a Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales within a designated territory.
They achieve this by building relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions through the company's products or services.
Responsibilities: Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels.
Building relationships: Develop rapport and trust with new and existing clients.
Needs assessment: Understand customer challenges and objectives through active listening.
Product/service presentations: Deliver compelling presentations tailored to specific customer needs.
Negotiation and closing deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
Customer service: Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints.
Sales reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams (marketing, customer service) to achieve sales goals.
Key Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory (may be required).
Qualifications: Grade 12  Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport.
