Car allowance structured into client in the Food and Flavours industry is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative/ Accounts Manager to join their growing sales teamMinimum requirements: Must be fluent in Afrikaans and EnglishA degree in commerce, food technology or science is requiredMust have at least 2 years' relevant experience in sales and must have a proven sales track recordStrong general knowledge of the food flavours or food chemicals market would be an advantageOwn transport and valid drivers license Key Responsibilities: Sales of food flavours and colours to the required client baseResponsible for generating new business and salesUnderstanding the work flow, pressure and daily operations of business and manage customer expectationsFace to face customer meetings Cold calling and reaching weekly and monthly targetsSales presentations to managementTarget driven and reaching monthly targetInitiating customer contact through personal contactCustomer research (business, opportunities, needs)Presentation of product offerings and systematic follow-upEffective and efficient closure of salesMust drive the process from receiving the order from the customer to delivery to the customer- ownership of the processWorking with customer base to ensure good relationships are maintained General admin and weekly reportingStrategy presentation to managementMaintain excellent customer service level Consultant: Timiyah de Goede - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
