Sales Rep

Hire Resolve's Client is currently seeking a driven Sales Rep to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while identifying new sales opportunities.
You will play a critical role in connecting talented professionals with the right positions, making a significant impact on both the candidates' careers and our clients' businesses.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
Conduct market research to understand trends and client needs.
Deliver tailored presentations and solutions to potential clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to match candidates with suitable positions.
Requirements Matric Qualification in Marketing, Business or related (Advantageous) Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in sales or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good at speaking Afrikaans.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
