In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales progression process, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey from offer acceptance to completion. Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will be crucial in liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents.Key Responsibilities:Manage the sales progression process from offer acceptance through to completion.Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and estate agents to ensure a seamless transaction.Monitor and update all parties on the progress of the sale, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed within required timelines.Provide regular updates and reports to the sales team and management.Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken.Handle any complaints or queries professionally and effectively.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the property industry.Strong understanding of the property sales process.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
