The role will be based in RANDFONTEIN and report to the CALL CENTRE SUPERVISOR. RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent to:Ensure correct capturing of all sales orders.Provide feedback to queries and order delays in a timely manner.Be the first point of contact for customers.Handle inbound calls, process orders, provide feedback on open orders, address customer queries, and resolve complaints.You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our call centre operations.
