Sales Office Manager (Johannesburg)

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Sales Office Manager is to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency within the sales region.

Customer Assistance Resolve escalated issues and provide solutionsGive feedback on resolved issues to sales team/clientsFollow up on non-resolved issue
People Management Monitor time and attendance daily.Manage leave of RC's and provide leave feedback to ASM when necessary.Conduct Goal setting and Performance Reviews for RC's.Take corrective action where required and manage all HR driven initiatives and reviews for RC's.Sales Administration Provide sales support to the ASM and RSM.Provide detailed feedback on SOP report from Power BI by liaising with the entire RC sales team daily.Maintain an accurate database of customer information.Create and maintain shared files for the sales team.Relay customer concerns or queries to relevant person.Sales analysis and reporting Pull different types of sales reports as and when needed.Identifying problems with orders on the system and work with the sales team to resolve the issues.Evaluate sales data and identify opportunities for cross selling, upselling and branding and work with sales team member to execute.Responsible for analysing and presenting the effectiveness of sales campaigns and making recommendations on how to improve it.
