You have strong SalesForce expertise, excellent reporting skills, and fluency in English. You're ready to travel across Southern Africa, supporting the Sales Director beyond standard working hours. You excel at networking and lobbying in both private and governmental sectors and are passionate about driving business development in the satellite industry.What You'll Do:You'll initially spend 60% of your time on administrative and operational support for the Sales Director, and 40% on sales activities. Whilst you are being prepared on product sales, operation tools and CRM. Hence the balance will shift over time to 20-30% administrative and 70-80% sales as your customer relations grow.Your responsibilities will include:- Collaborating with departments like CRM, Business Operations, Legal, Logistics, and Customer Support.- Increasing capacity sales (LEO, KU/C Band, Konnect Wholesale B2B/B2C, Advance) in Southern Africa.- Conducting marketing and business development activities.- Managing relationships with private and governmental clients.- Supporting lobbying efforts to enhance Eutelsat's profile in Sub-Saharan Africa.- Overseeing onboarding and administrative tasks for new customers.What It Takes:- 3 to 5 years of experience in telecommunications (satellite experience is a plus).- Strong SalesForce and reporting skills.- Fluency in spoken and written English.- Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours.- Networking and lobbying expertise in private and government sectors.- Experience in business development, especially in satellite communication.Where You'll Be:Based in Johannesburg, managing the following countries:- Botswana- Malawi- Lesotho- Swaziland- Zambia- Mozambique- Zimbabwe (TBC)Eutelsat Group takes the protection of personal data seriously.
