We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our client's sales team and drive growth within the textile industry. This role is integral to our client's company, which is a well-established supplier of quality furnishing fabrics and wallpaper. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, along with the ability to develop new customer relationships and nurture existing ones. This position requires a proactive leader who can work independently while also effectively managing and mentoring a sales team.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the textile industry, particularly in furnishing fabrics and wallpaper. (beneficial)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Experience in leading and motivating a sales team.
Proficiency in sales-related software and CRM systems is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships within the textile industry.
Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's sales goals and objectives.
Communicate daily with management regarding any sales or customer-related issues, providing insights and recommendations.
Attend meetings with Senior Management to discuss sales performance, strategies, and opportunities for growth.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
