Sales Manager (Isp)

Key Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a sales team, setting clear performance expectations, and providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective targetsDrive the new business development and take ownership of both personal sales targets and those of the sales team.Monitor performance metrics regularly, and proactively implement strategies to exceed goals.Team Building: Initially, you will work autonomously to establish yourself and meet your objectives.
As the team expands, recruit, train, and develop new sales team members under your leadership.Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales management team to develop sales strategies, forecast potential growth, and create action plans to achieve targets.Participate in regular sales meetings and provide input on sales process improvements.Reporting and analysisRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Proven experience and a good track record in sales within the ISP industry, with a strong understanding of ISP products and services.Previous experience in sales team leadership or a similar managerial role.Strong relationship-building skills and able to mentor and guide sales executivesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of achieving personal and sales team targets.
