We help people grow their savings, protect what matters to them and invest for the future.Job Purpose:Execute on the Company Sales strategy.Achieve product sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.Lead and direct the Company BDC channel.Understand Regional Customer base and growth opportunities.Ensure compliance with legislative and process requirements.Achieve required audit scores.Enhance staff skills and manage training and development plans.Duties & Responsibilities:Drive profitable sales volume of all Company products.Ensure excellent customer experience across the channel.Implement sales plans and budgets.Maximise channel effectiveness.Communicate sales distribution objectives to stakeholders.Establish an efficient lead management process.Ensure effective resourcing and performance management for the sales team.Run collaborative meetings for retail sales.Compile relevant reports for stakeholders.Ensure effective risk management and governance.Experience & Requirements:Matric/Grade 12.NQF 5 equivalent qualification and/or FAIS Credits (min 30 credits in short term insurance).FAIS Regulatory examination for Representatives (RE5) and (RE1) for Key Individual.5 Years' experience in Sales (Short Term Insurance).3 Years' experience in Managing staff in a short-term industry.Skills & Competencies:Extensive knowledge of the Short-Term Insurance Industry.Ability to manage a diverse team.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Problem-solving and coaching skills.Ability to drive a high-performance culture.Seniority level:Mid-Senior levelEmployment type:Full-timeJob function:Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries:IT Services and IT Consulting
