Sales Manager

Durban North. Opportunity exists for Sales Manager with previous sales experience in the Automotive Parts industry. Must have a successful sales track record.Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamDevelop and implement sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenuesManaging and overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team and tracking individual and team sales targets and quotasCoordinating with marketing on lead generation and sales campaignsProviding mentorship, training, motivation and feedback to sales personnelDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presenceBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition statusHandling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or serviceInteract with the Marketing Department to promote daily advertising on all social media platformsRequirements:
Degree in Business Administration or related fieldPrevious experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsCommitted to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferencesDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeStrong business sense and industry expertiseApply: ******
