Requirements: Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Strong business sense and industry expertise.Good mentoring, coaching and people management skills. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the internal and external sales team.Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.Resolving customer escalations when relevant Sales staff are not able to.Presenting sales, revenue and all relevant identified reporting metrics and realistic forecasts to the management team.Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Proactively communicating and managing non or poor performing categories.
