Together we can influence the world around us to make life and work better.Ferring+YouYou will be responsible to develop and lead the sales team in the execution of sales strategies within assigned area to achieve sales goals. To maintain and generate new business to achieve target sales revenue, through increasing the awareness and use of Ferring products among healthcare professionals.Your day at FerringEducates healthcare professionals on Ferring products using the products' strategies and promotional material.Organizes and conducts marketing activities to healthcare professionals, including doctors' group meetings, and participates in local, regional and international conferences to increase awareness towards Ferring products.Executes in coordination with his/her team (under his line manager's guidance) the area business plan to achieve area goals, within set budgets.Screens accounts in the area (physicians, decision-making/ influencing professionals) to realize potential and preference for Ferring products, and prognoses on the expected turnover and sales in the area to the Sales Manager, on basis of direct market analysis in the territory.Evaluates and corrects the performance of the individual Medical Representatives, based upon the set objectives through active coaching and training on the job.Keeps detailed records of all contacts and visit details, which may involve database management.Builds and maintains positive and effective working relationships with healthcare professionals and makes use of these relationships to achieve business goals.Stays informed of new developments in the market, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business, and reports the same to the Sales Manager.Monitors and ensures the use of the sales force reporting systems, and customer information database.Achieves the monthly, quarterly and annual objectives for the area and ensures achievement of each member of his team.Analyses sales results by products and territories and the factors influencing the results in coordination with the relevant parties and makes recommendations to the Sales Manager accordingly.Behind our innovation…There's youYou bring the following skills and experience to Ferring:B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy.Five years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in a similar position.Sales management experience.Strong communication skills.Team building skills.Organizing and planning.Excellent computer skills.Excellent command of English language.People come first at FerringGet inspired from our commitment to advocate for everyone's right to build a family, no matter who you are, where you live or who you love.Our inclusive support package – "Building Families at Ferring" provides equal and accessible policies for all employees who wish to start their family journey, ensuring a global standard, irrespective of location and role.Parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing parents.Extended support on family building journey.Making a difference in the life of millions of people means we succeed by working together.
