This position, reports to the New Business/Sales Senior Managers and is based at our offices in Bryanston. The successful individual will be required to manage a team of motor insurance product telesales supervisors and professionals. The role is team-focused and requires active coaching and development of sales professionals.
Ensure that your team achieves set sales targets and maintains quality standards by monitoring and course correcting daily performanceProvide effective leadership with a desired outcome of creating a team that commits to the overall vision of the companyFacilitate team meetings that nurture collective problem-solving through active debate.Manage the performance of the supervisors that report to youIdentification and implementation of process improvement conceptsProvide quantitative insights from the environment using generated data and the assessment of effective callsContinuously support and guide supervisorsMotivate and inspire team members to achieve consistent performanceManage the performance and disciplinary process, if necessaryMatricCompleted Degree or a 3-year Diploma from a reputable tertiary organisation.
