This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Dura Equipment Sales. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the construction and earthmoving equipment market in Southern Africa. Qualifications Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship skills Understanding of the construction and earthmoving equipment market Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work well in a team and independently Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
