Skills and abilities in another language are a benefit (Afrikaans / Xhosa etc.)PURPOSE OF THE JOB (SUMMARY):Drive the consistent execution of salesBuild and maintain sustainable long-term growth plans strategies within each key account through partnerships, in conjunction with the SalesDevelopment satellite teams.Support sales team and drive moraleDevelop effective strategies for sales growth & demandVisit key partners on a regular basis to maintain a relationship and develop businessTravel to other provinces for meetings / functions and exposEnsure team meets and exceeds targetsMeasure KPI's / implement KPI's
