Responsibilities:Develop Strategic Sales Plan: Craft and execute a strategic sales plan to meet annual targets across international regions.Budget Management: Create annual sales budgets and monitor sales performance against targets, providing monthly reports to management.Strategic Planning: Present insights and strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and business outcomes.Margin Targets: Achieve set margin targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor behaviour, and provide feedback to optimize strategies.Collaboration: Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and planning teams to optimize contract positions, availability, and pricing.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and advise the Sales Team, setting and tracking quarterly KPIs.Expand Market Presence: Grow sales in Western and Eastern Cape, expanding into Southern Africa by identifying and engaging potential customers.Customer Relations: Manage and support the Sales Team in maintaining high customer satisfaction and accurate information in Sage.Compliance: Uphold ethical standards and comply with all relevant regulations and laws.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager in the food industry.Skills: Goal-oriented, assertive, and adept at problem-solving.
