Salary: R15 000 p.m plus allowanceOur client is looking for a Sales Manager for all their Ferrari Stores and GP POD. The successful candidate will be required to work in Sandton 3 times a week and the remainder of the week at OR Tambo.Responsibilities:Staff Management:Staff sales training and customer liaisonEnsure sales are highlighted aggressivelyBrand knowledge and training on StockEnsure merchandising standards are kept up to date in all storesManage staff performanceEnsure company procedures are followedProcess AOD's and process them on the systemPrepare for Stock Take and ensure that Stock Take is done accuratelyReplenish store by ordering from HQEnsure all reports are submitted timelySpot Stock ChecksMonitoring and clearing of dead stockWeekly Stock Counts on items to be re-orderedAssist with eventsEnsure staff are presentable at all timesImplement new systemsEnsure staff are always in uniform and neatImplement promotions and sales when required.Customer Focus:Authorizing discounts for customers when requiredRequirements:Excel "must"Ability to work in a high-pressure environmentSend your CV and latest pay slip to ****** Recruitment and Tempswww.aaaa.co.zaPosted 2024-02-14
