Its head office is based in Germiston with 19 branches strategically positioned to allow its representatives to service its clients base in eastern region of Gauteng and Mpumalanga.
Job Description
Manage a team of Financial Advisors and ensuring sales targets are met on selling Hollard MyLife and More products to mainly government employees and private clients.

Provide financial and strategic support to Financial Advisors
Lead efforts to improve financial planning and analysis tools and processes
Identifying Facilities for Advisors
Assist advisors to prospect
Setting up appointments for mass prospecting
Work with Financial Advisors to achieve regional set targets
Track and analyze monthly results, prepare financial models
Provide reporting and analysis on overall revenue and profitability of the portfolio
Perform adhoc analysis to influence business decisions.
Pro-actively manage the strategic initiatives and pursue opportunities to close any gaps.
Drive cost reductions across to improve the margin trajectory.
Prepare external benchmarking and industry analysis on overall practice performance

Qualifications

Matric
Diploma/Degree advantageous
Completed RE
Self-motivated and the ability to work without supervision
Ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Great networking skill
Valid Driver's licence with own transport
3 years financial advisor experience- preferably in short term and long term lines/banking sector
