Details of the offer

Responsibilities: Daily sales, administrative, and logistical support to customers, suppliers, and internal. Monitor procurement, shipping, receiving and dispatch of materials. Basic accounting functions - Coordinate supplier and customer orders. - Compile sales reports, price offers. - Keep track of supply and delivery of products (vessels, trucks). - Obtain Import permits, certificates of conformity, label requirements, purchase orders, etc. - Update and maintain customer information. - Creditors and debtors coordination. - Prepare Sales orders and Invoices. - Coordinate imports and port operations and documentation. - General administrative tasks. Requirements: - Grade 12 (relevant admin qualification beneficial). - Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Customer orientated. - Fluent in English & Afrikaans due to client base - Geographical knowledge. - Knowledge of supply chain - Knowledge of imports and export - Knowledge of road and sea freight Basic accounting experience Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application as unsuccessful
