Sales Lead

Seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead B2B enterprise sales efforts for a leading workflow automation solution provider in South Africa.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience, preferably in enterprise sales.
Startup experience or ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Financial services and compliance background a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Lead B2B enterprise sales efforts, focusing on cold calling and prospecting potential clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Work closely with leadership to refine the sales process and align with company goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with key clients.
Manage individual sales efforts, with plans to grow and lead a sales team.
Travel for client meetings and events.
