Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in our CRM system. Contact every booked lead to ensure qualification and readiness. Collaborate closely with the remote sales team to ensure a seamless lead handover. Stay highly organized in managing your lead pipeline and maintaining data accuracy. Requirements: High comfort level with cold calling and spending extensive time on the phone daily. Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone. Very organized in managing your lead pipeline and ensuring data accuracy. Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous. Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, remote work environment. A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. Availability to start immediately.
