Job ResponsibilitiesPerform demonstrations for customers and teach them how to use the company's products or services.Overcome objections and negotiate with leads.Collect contact details of leads and share them with other sales representatives where appropriate.Maintain a database of prospective clients interested in the company's products or services, identifying new trends and technologies that affect the sale of goods and services.Sell and promote goods and services.Update customer information on Skynamo.Log calls on Skynamo as per required standard.Liaise with internal support to email quotations to customers.Maintain customer contracts and any other relevant information on Skynamo.Complete new business and lost business reports and submit to manager on a monthly basis, as well as any other reporting required.Critical Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication, fluent in both English and Afrikaans.Persuasive ability to have potential clients continue working with the company and convince them of the necessity of the company's services and products.Persistence in finding new clients, following up with potential leads, and moving clients through the sales pipeline.Professionalism as the first contact point for new customers, establishing connections while being work-appropriate.Ability to research new opportunities to find leads.Technology savvy with an understanding of how to use social media and other online tools to find prospects.Proficient in MS Office with excellent computer skills knowledge.Product and pricing knowledge.Creativity.Ability to listen and interpret information accurately.Planning and organizing skills.Driven to write their own income.Able to take initiative to approach target market and discover opportunities rather than wait for customers to come to you.Diligence and understanding the importance of setting personal objectives.Confidence to continue working even when uncertain about where to find the next lead and to interact extensively with clients.Strategic in implementing actions that help generate leads.Perceptive and inquisitive, asking insightful and intelligent questions that consider the needs and conditions of clients.Ability to build a network with industry partners and suppliers.Qualifications and Experience:Matric.Own reliable transport and valid driver licence is essential.
