Job Description:
As a Sales & Marketing Graduate, you will embark on an exciting journey of professional growth and development. This program offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in sales and marketing within our dynamic organization. The role involves a comprehensive training period in Centurion, followed by placement in your respective region.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in an intensive training program covering various aspects of business development, including market analysis, sales strategies, client relationship management, and product knowledge.
Collaborate with senior team members to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand our client base.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, assess market trends, and gather competitive intelligence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Actively participate in sales meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote our products and services.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and market insights to management.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Business Studies, or a related field.
Graduates must reside in Mpumalanga.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Flexibility to relocate to Centurion for the initial 3-month training period, followed by placement in the respective region.
