Key Responsibilities: Managing and achieving sales volumes Cold calling, sourcing and acquiring new business Ensuring customer satisfaction Ensure orders are taken accurately and priced correctly Managing sales queries Building and retaining relationships Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to management Requirements: Minimum of 2-4 years experience in the FMCG market Excellent telephonic etiquette Strong general knowledge of the food service industry Strong planning, and organising skills and ability to multitask Must have excellent communication skills, in English both written and spoken Good team player and excellent customer service skills
