Job Overview: As a Solar Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and revenue streams by selling solar solutions to residential, Industrial and commercial customers. You will develop and maintain relationships with key clients, provide consultation on solar products and services, and execute sales strategies that achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through targeted outbound calling, networking, and referrals.Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.Conduct on-site assessments of customer needs, recommending appropriate solar solutions and services.Prepare and deliver customized proposals that meet customer requirements, including pricing, financing, and installation timelines.Manage the sales process from start to finish, including contract negotiation, order processing, and delivery and installation coordination.Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to remain a subject matter expert on solar solutions.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar sales or related industry. (Non-Negotiable)Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical and financial informationValid driver's license and reliable transportation.Working Conditions:
This position requires frequent travel to meet with clients and conduct site assessments.Work schedule may include evenings and weekends to accommodate customer needs.
