PREVIOUS OR CURRENT EXPERIENCE IN CAR RENTAL IS PREFERRED We're looking for a Car Rental Agent to join a dynamic and growing team If you're outgoing, have a knack for upselling, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, ensuring they have a seamless rental experience, recommending additional products and services, using your upselling skills to boost sales, handling bookings, queries, and returns in a professional and friendly manner and providing outstanding service with a focus on building lasting customer relationships Job Requirements Matric Certificate or Equivalent A valid drivers license Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar) Strong upselling skills with the ability to identify customer needs Excellent communication skills in English Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and public holidays A stable and continuous work history Contactable references You will need the following documents to apply.
